When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, contact details, property address or suburb, details about the job, and any photos you choose to upload of your property.

How we use it

We use this information only to assess your job, arrange a site visit, and provide you with a quote. We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

Quote requests are stored in a secure database and uploaded photos in secure cloud storage, both hosted by reputable providers outside New Zealand and protected by access controls. Information is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work.

Your rights
