How we approach it
Prepare
Full exterior wash-down, scraping and sanding of failing paintwork, masking of windows, fixtures and gardens.
Restore
Flaking coatings stripped back rather than painted over; bare or damaged timber treated and repaired first.
Finish
Primer matched to the surface, then two full topcoats in a Dulux or Resene exterior system.

We inspect the cladding, trims and existing coatings and give you a written quote.

Wash down, scrape and sand back failing paint so the new coats actually bond.

Repairs and bare timber are primed first, then two full topcoats.

We check the job with you before we call it done.
Common questions
How long does an exterior repaint take?
Many standard projects are completed within about a working week. Timing depends on preparation, access, surface condition, weather and project size, and is confirmed in your written quote.
Do you paint over old or flaking paint?
No. Failing paint is scraped and sanded back first. Where it has failed to bare timber, that is covered by our paint stripping and timber restoration work.
What paint brands do you use?
We work with Dulux and Resene, and we'll talk through the right paint system for your surface at the site visit.
