Apartment Building Wash & Exterior Repaint
Water-blast wash and exterior repaint on a multi-unit residential building, using our own access equipment and rig.
The problem
A multi-storey apartment building with grime and mould build-up on the upper cladding, and a body corporate that needed the work coordinated around occupied units.
Our approach
Prepare
Scissor lift and ladder access set up safely; every elevation washed down with our own water-blast rig before any preparation.
Restore
Areas of failing paint scraped, sanded and primed once the surfaces were clean and dry.
Finish
Exterior repaint applied elevation by elevation with residents kept informed of the schedule.
The result
A clean, consistently finished exterior across the whole building, delivered with minimal disruption to the people living in it.
