The problem

A two-storey weatherboard home with a tired, chalking exterior and trim that had lost its edge. The owners wanted it protected for the coming seasons, not just refreshed for the summer.

Our approach

  1. Prepare

Full wash-down, then scraping and sanding of every area where the old coating had softened or lifted, with windows, gutters and gardens masked.

  2. Restore

Bare and weathered spots primed individually before any topcoat, so the new system bonded to sound material everywhere.

  3. Finish

Two full coats of exterior system on the cladding with dark trim cut in cleanly around soffits, fascia and window frames.

The result

A crisp white exterior with sharp architectural detailing — consistent coverage on every elevation and a finish designed to stand up to Auckland weather.
